PIECE began as a kernel of an idea in 2020, as a way to better support staff mental health and performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through further research, development, and experience, PIECE Wellbeing now emerges as a practical approach to supporting vibrant, people-first workplaces.

Marg Craig (she/her) is a Certified Workplace Health and Performance Practitioner and People & Culture professional with experience working with Canadian tech startups, the marketing & advertising industry, telecommunications, and holistic healthcare. With a passion for supporting amazing workplace cultures, empowering new leaders, and employee advocacy, Marg is excited to work collaboratively to improve the psychological safety of emerging workplaces.
After over a decade in Toronto, Marg has recently returned to the Maritimes, residing in Mi’kma’ki, the traditional, unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq people.
