PIECE Wellbeing offers 3 core workshops for teams and People Leaders. Each prioritizes the well being of your employees, and engages and empowers them in creating more positive organizational cultures.

These are not Lunch and Learn style workshops. Please allow your employees to use their full lunch breaks as they see fit, as insufficient breaks are a contributing burnout factor.

  • How can we create a workplace where employees feel confident to speak their minds, yet maintain high levels of interpersonal respect and empathy? Conscientious communicating explores the hows and whys of team interactions, helping individuals develop their personal EQs, and improve relations across the team. A recommended workshop for all people-managers, or those looking to bolster their communication skills in a genuine way. No tricks, no bluster. Introverts welcome!

  • Ideal for new managers and team leads, or experienced people-leaders wanting to get more value out of one-on-ones with direct reports. Using the PIECE framework, People Leaders can improve the pulse check experience for their teams and set meaningful goals.
